Item Description
Lot of four large and impressive prototype sign original art, each measuring approx. 19x24". 1960s. Each features art promoting "Piel's Light Beer" using mixed media original art. One sign has still life design (w/"Piel's Light Beer" stein), another has pop art design w/dancing and parties, another has skiing theme w/separate paper "frame" w/original art at bottom w/hand-lettered "Hearty - Healthy - Lusty" text while last features more simplistic design w/glass of beer. All have extensive penciled text at margins. Each has vertical fold at center w/some scattered margin handling wear. Fine/VF overall. A unique group for the breweriana collector. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
