Item Description
12" long tin litho wind-up w/built-in key. Marx, c. 1951. This is version w/o Flash Gordon name on nose or "No. 5" text on side fins. Nose has Marx logo in white against black nose accent stripe. Toy works well and travels forward as a pinging sound is made. Replacement tail fin and flint cover. Some aging to winding key w/a few scattered small paint scratches/nicks. Two small spots of oxidation at tail fin, but o/w bright, glossy and Fine/VF.
