Item Description
3.5x5.5" vintage silver gelatin postcard depicts 15 ballplayers in full uniform along w/boy in formal attire (possible a scorer) and batboy sitting in front w/period baseball equipment on display. "Yorkville 1923" notation at lower left. AZO stamp box on back dates postcard to 1910-30, which is consistent w/the subject matter. Postcard exhibits moderate, even corner wear and divided back exhibits some foxing around the edges along w/brown mark at upper left. Fine. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
