Item Description
5x8-1/8" vintage glossy silver gelatin photo depicts 16 ballplayers in full uniform posed in front of stadium seating. "September 29, 1948" notation at bottom of photo. Back of photo identifies all players along w/their photo locations and positions on the diamond. Notable players pictured include - Alejandro Crespo (back row, fourth from right), Carlos Blanco, (back row, second from right), Pedro Pages (front row, second from left) and Hector Rodriguez (front row, far right). Image quality of the photo is excellent w/all corners exhibiting surface wrinkles/creasing, especially the upper right. VG. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
