3-3/8x5-3/8" vintage colorized postcard depicting nine ballplayers in full uniform along with one gentleman dressed in military attire posed surrounding a period cannon on a grass field. Production credit on back reads "Potts Turnbull Adv. Co. K.C., Mo." Caption printed in the upper right-hand corner reads "Baseball Team, Wentworth Military Academy, Lexington, Mo.-Photo by Coffin". Beautiful image which combines two different popular collecting genres, sports and military. There are no significant condition issues to note, divided back remains blank and unused. Exc. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
