Item Description
3.5"x5.5" vintage silver gelatin postcard depicting eight Native American Indian ballplayers in full uniform along with a gentleman in a top hat and young child posed in a wooded area with period baseball equipment in the foreground. Turn of the century Native American Indian baseball images are highly desirable and this one is no different. Image clarity is excellent with just a bit of lt. foxing around the edges on the blank, divided postcard back. Stamp box dates this card to 1904-1920s and is consistent with the subject matter presented. VF. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
