Item Description
8.5x11" typed letter on "Bill Graham Presents" letterhead is dated Oct. 26, 1967 and references "The Cost Breakdown For The Donovan Show, The Cost Of The Posters We Printed," going on to note that the bill for posters and handbills equaled $624.06. Letter has been signed in blue ink by Graham (1931-1991). Letter is folded as mailed and has some scattered handling wear w/staple hole at top left corner. Fine overall. Letter is accompanied by example of the BG-86 poster for the Donovan show mentioned in the letter. 14-1/8x21-1/8" first printing poster for Sept. 22, 1967 concert at the Cow Palace in Daly City, CA featuring Donovan. Poster design by Bonnie MacLean features photo image of Donovan at center surrounded by floral border. Pin holes at top/bottom center and some tiny corner bumps. VF. Comes with Hake's COA.
