Item Description
"The Air Adventures Of Jimmie Allen" thrilled its radio listeners from 1933 to 1947. A plethora of premiums and promotional items were made for a variety of sponsors. All items in this lot are from the 1930s. 16 items. Bread company items include metal wings badges for: Sawyer, Town Talk, Colonial, Fair-Maid and Rainbo. Also Colonial Flight Lesson #4, Butter-Nut club letter and membership card, Bond Bread coin. For Cleo-Cola there is a wings badge and cloth "Mail Pouch" for bottle caps w/attached "Return" tag. For Weather-Bird shoes: wings badge, two different color felt patches, membership card and certificate. Scattered wear/aging but overall lot mostly Fine to Exc. An extensive, instant collection. Some items are the actual examples shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and come with Hake's COA.
