Item Description
Complete set of four 16.25x24" glossy stiff paper prints featuring MAD comic book covers. Part of a limited edition of 500 that were signed and numbered by that issue's cover artist; ©1985 EC Publications, Inc./Stabur Graphics, Inc. All bear matching hand-numbered "54/500" edition number. MAD #1 and MAD #7 prints have been signed at lower right by Harvey Kurtzman (1924-1993) in black felt tip pen, adding his distinctive stick figure man to each signature. MAD #2 print has been signed in black felt tip pen at lower right by Jack Davis (1924-2016) in pencil. MAD #5 print has been signed at lower right by Will Elder (1921-2008) in pencil. Each has slight rippling across top third and small handling crease at top center (within "MAD" title/logo area). Upper left margin has some faint scattered staining. VF overall, but would make for nice framed display.
