Item Description
3-3/8x5-3/8" vintage silver gelatin photo depicting all six baseball teams comprising the 1933 State Line League. Credit at bottom of postcard reads "Compliments of Sullivan's Studio, 717 Connelly St., Clovis, N.M.". All six baseball club team photographs are identified below their respective images. Clockwise from upper-left: Portales, N.M., Clovis, N.M., Dora, N.M., Lariat, Tex., Kenna, N.M., Elida, N.M. Divided postcard back remains blank and unused and stamp box dates to 1925-42, which is consistent with the subject matter pictured. Four tears visible along the left side along with scattered surface pressures and moderate corner wear. Back displays toning/staining throughout. VG. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
