3-3/8x5.5" vintage matte postcard depicting 11 team members in full uniform along with one gentleman dressed in formal attire and posed on a ball field with period baseball equipment in the foreground. Identification in upper right-hand corner reads "New Brunswick Base Ball Club, City Champions", a local town ball team taking on all comers in their local area. Photographer's credit in lower right-hand corner reads "Photo by Ideal Photo Co., New Brunswick, N.J.". Publication by Hammell Bros. Moderate corner wear with 1" crease in lower left-hand corner along with lt. staining in the upper left quadrant. Undivided postcard back remains blank and unused. VG. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
