Item Description
3.5x5.5" vintage matte postcard depicting 10 team members in full uniform along with four gentlemen dressed in formal attire and a young mascot posed in front of a wooden fence. Identification printed at bottom of photo reads "Pennant winners of the Blue Mountain League 1907. They are winners, so are Fry's Shoes; Fry sells shoes at 46 S. Main St., Nazareth, Pa.". The 1907 Nazareth ball club participated in the four team independent Blue Mountain League, no official statistics from this season have ever been uncovered. Moderate corner wear visible with lt. staining on top and left edges. Divided postcard back remains blank and unused. Fine. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
