Item Description
3.5x5.5" vintage silver gelatin postcard depicting 10 team members in full uniform along with one gentleman dressed in formal attire posed in front of an office building with a huge banner in the background reading "Champions Manufacturers League Season of 1912". Handwritten identification on back reads "Keystone Base Ball Team of the International Harvester Co., Stirling". We have been unable to obtain any additional information about this club, likely a company/town squad taking on all comers in their local area. Image quality of the photograph is superb. Divided postcard back remains blank and unused. VF. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
