Item Description
30x40" poster for the original release of George Pal's 1960 adaptation of H.G. Wells's classic sci-fi novel, starring Rod Taylor, Alan Young, Yvette Mimieux, Sebastian Cabot, Tom Helmore, Whit Bissell and Doris Lloyd. Poster features different art by Reynold Brown than was used on the one sheet poster, spotlighting the Morlocks' underground world. This same art was featured on the six-sheet poster for the film, but title does not cover the art as it did in the larger poster. Poster has been mounted to stiff paper stock and has overall even fading to red text and has had some scattered restoration, including repairs to tears along left/right center edges and color touch-ups. Displays Fine overall. Rarely seen size for this film.
