Item Description
3-5/8x6.5". Washington, DC postmark Aug. 11, 1948 w/"Honoring The Youth Of America" imprint. FDC has been boldly signed in blue ink by claymation pioneer and Gumby creator Art Clokey (1921-2010). Clokey has added sketch of Gumby at lower right, a hand-drawn heart appearing in word balloon above him. Envelope flap on back has 1.5" tear w/portion adhered to blank index card insert. Fine overall, but signature and original art displays Exc. Comes w/JSA COA.
