4x6" pencil and pen sketch of Bullwinkle Moose and signed by Bill Hurtz (1919-2000). William T. Hurtz was an animator at Disney in his early career. In 1959, he moved to Jay Ward Productions, where he worked until it closed in 1984. He became one of the earliest directors and supervisors on ''The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle,'' ''The Adventures of Hoppity Hooper'' and ''George of the Jungle.'' It was during this period that he directed more than 300 Cap'n Crunch commercials. Signed at bottom and dated 1994. Lt. handling wear. Exc.
