Reverse has hand-colored stat showing Captain Marvel and Uncle Sam rolling up their sleeves/taking off coat for a fight w/hand-lettered word balloons w/lines provided for recipient's name/address. Some lt. even aging and handling wear, w/some edge lifting to stats, but o/w VF.
