Item Description
11x17" photocopy (xerographic print) on thin white stock. PNW flyer promoting a concert in Seattle, WA at the Vogue on May 18, 1988 featuring White Zombie & Mudhoney. Text above White Zombie photo reads "Bombshelter Video And SubPop Records Welcome From New York." Splatter stain on verso along lower edge w/some areas visible from front. Otherwise handling wear. VF. White Zombie was touring on their first LP Soul Crusher, the first to feature movie sound clips that would become a signature element of their work. The album was among Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain's favorites, and he can be seen in the background of images from this show. Mudhoney formed in Jan of '88 from the ashes of Green River. They had recorded for SubPop in late April of 1988 and would release their debut single Touch Me I'm Sick a little less than three months after this show.
