Item Description
10-5/8x15-7/8" artboard has pen and ink original art w/screentone accents by Curt Swan (1920-1996), w/inks by Bob Oksner (1916-2007). Art is for story page 10 of Superman #298, published by DC Comics April 1976. Clark Kent, Get Out Of My Life! story saw the introduction of Solarman, a villain who utilized a solar-powered suit to battle Superman. Page features five panels, showing Superman spying on Intergang trial before stopping bank robbers' fleeing car. Superman appears in all but one panel. Top margin has stamped title and inked issue/page numbers and publication month. Back has DC copyright stamp. Swan has signed last panel in black felt tip pen. Second to last panel has partial text strip replacement w/white tape on reverse. Scattered handling wear/aging w/strip of tape staining at top/bottom center margin. Art remains clean and Exc.
