Item Description
10.5x15.75" artboard has pen and ink original art for story page 14 from Justice League Of America #117, published by DC April 1975. Art is by noted JLA artist Dick Dillin (1928-1980) and feature five panels, showing the JLA - Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Green Arrow and The Atom - encountering an uncostumed, spacesuit-clad Hawkman in space. Katar Hol appears in three panels while the JLA appears in three panels. Top margin has inked title, issue/page numbers. Top margin has strip of tape staining at top center. Bottom margin has two thin strips of tape staining, one infringing upon art is last panel. Two cut text replacement strips w/tape on back. Back also has DC Comics copyright inkstamp. Top has some mounting tape strips along top edge. Other than aforementioned tape staining, art is o/w clean and VF/Exc. Comes w/reading copy of the issue this art was published for.
