Item Description
One of the most popular baseball card sets of the era, the Cracker Jack cards were found in boxes of caramel popcorn snacks, thus accounting for most examples being found w/stains and in lower grade condition. These 2.25x3" treasures depicted players from the National, American and short-lived Federal League. This issue can be easily differentiated from the subsequent 1915 Cracker Jack series by the printing on card back, which was turned upside down for the 1915 baseball set. "Nap" Rucker was one of the top lefty pitchers of the dead ball era, spending his entire 10 year career w/the Brooklyn Superbas. This example has been assigned a high grade for the issue and has vibrant colors and nice centering.
