Item Description
13.25x20.75" artboard has pen and ink original art by Bob Oksner (1916-2007), known for both adventure comic strips and for superhero and humor comic books, primarily at DC Comics. Offered here is the original art for page 13 of Adventures Of Jerry Lewis #97, published by DC Comics in Nov. 1966. Five panel page is from "Batman Meets Jerry Part 2 - Ratman Joins Batman" story by Arnold Drake that saw Batman and Robin join forces w/Ratman (Jerry Lewis). Jerry Lewis appears in all panels and Batman and Robin each appear in all but one. Top margin has inked title and issue/page numbers. Back has Comics Code Authority inkstamp and some significant surface paper loss, which does not affect front. Art remains clean and Exc.
