Item Description
Large and impressive 21.5x32" paper sign w/choice graphics of Popeye showing Wimpy his Olive Oyl "tattoo" - in reality a premium transfer. These premium transfers were offered for free w/IGA Rolled Oats. ©1935 KFS, Inc. Four different sized signs were produced to promote the premium offer. Sign has two vertical folds w/some minor corner tip wear and center left has 1-1/8" tear, but o/w remains bright and clean. Fine/VF overall. Comes w/unused, Mint sheet of transfers. Sign is scarce. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
