Item Description
First is lot of 4 tins. Three are approximately 3.5x3.5x7” tall. Each has text “y a bon!” (it’s good). Also text of “Petit Dejeuner Reconstituant/Familial” (means reconstituted family breakfast). The product is a popular French chocolate drink made of cocoa, banana flour, cereals, honey and sugar. First tin with lady c. 1912-1915. Blue/white bkg. tin c. 1930s. Yellow tins 1950s. Image of widely smiling Senegalese man appears on all tins. Tins are designed to be used as canister sets when empty of product. Fourth tin is 5.75” tall. Blue tins with noticeable wear/rubs. VG. Yellow tins show less wear, remain glossy. Fine. Last is 4.5” dia. by 8.5” tall aluminum milkshake maker with embossed lettering. No connection to tins. Complete with removable cap to expose built-in strainer. Complete. Lt wear. Fine. See following lots #850-851. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
