Item Description
12.5x15-1/8” wooden frame has 10.5x13.25” opening revealing mounted 7.75x9.5” sharp photo in center showing numerous policemen in uniform with their bicycles, possibly ready for a parade, in front of row of brownstones. Lower right corner of mount has stamps for “Spooner & Wells, Inc. New York.” Vintage oak frame has a few tiny worm holes and a few minor scuffs. Fine. Image area is slightly faded. VF. Wonderful image. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
