Two items. 7.75x10.5" stiff art paper has wonderful India ink caricature of Gavilan about to throw a punch. Art is signed "David 51" and has Spanish text "Archivo Bohemia May 27, 1951" ink stamp on back along with text clipping in Spanish. 4.25x7" glossy news service photo is dated 28 Feb 1948 on reverse. Reverse side also has Archivo Bohemia ink stamp with same date as original art and has newspaper caption in Spanish attached above stamp. Art and photo both have tiny bit of edge wear, photo has faint ballpoint pen impression on front just visible in reflected light. Overall VF. Nice pair to frame together. Unique.
