Paper caption on reverse includes text "Opening Of New $125,000 Athletic Field At Lakeland, Florida, Their Training Camp. Hamp Posed With Manager Tris Speaker After His Presentation To The Club." Noting Commissioner Kenesaw Landis was in attendance and the dedication was held March 17. Reverse also has ink stamp from "John L. Morris Lakeland Chamber Of Commerce".
