Item Description
3.75x5.5" government postcard postmarked Detroit, MI May 16, 1948. Has bold fountain pen signature on reverse. Card has trace of lt. dust soil but VF with Exc. autograph. Trout played with the Detroit Tigers between 1939 and 1952, with the Boston Red Sox in 1952, and the Baltimore Orioles in 1957. He was a two-time All-Star selection in 1944 and 1947 and a World Series Champion in 1945. He had a win-loss record of 170-161 with an ERA of 3.23 with 1,256 strikeouts. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA and JSA COA.
