8.25x15" w/19 original art images in three sizes on rigid white art board. For proposed premium issue but never produced. Sizes of images are 5/8", 7/8" and 1.25". Each size fills one row. Each image is done in pen and ink w/fleshtone color accent on face (and hands and stockings). Penciled player and team name below each. Complete list of names in order is Dixie Walker-Dodgers, John Cooney-Braves, Frank McCormick-Reds, Thornton Lee-White Sox, Al Smith-Indians, Lou Boudreau-Indians, Billy Weber-Giants, Tommy Hughes-Phillies, Bill Voiselle-Giants, Stan Musial-Cards, Claude Passeau-Cubs, Melvin Ott-Giants, Lou Novikoff-Cubs, Billy Sullivan-Tigers, Johnny Hop-Cardinals, Vernon Gomez-Yanks, Harold Newhouser-Tigers, Dick Newsom-Red Sox, and one unnamed image in bottom right corner. Aging/dust soiling but all art is Exc. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold, accompanied by a letter to that effect from Gordon Gold.
