Item Description
From same set as #1129. Card front reads "Habana B.B.C. Cooper-Pitcher." Slight margin trim but both sides of card remain clean and image is very bold. Cooper played nine seasons for the Detroit Stars and ten seasons for the Kansas City Monarchs. He also managed the Monarchs from 1937 to 1940, winning the pennant three times. He was elected to the National Baseball HOF in 2006. Designated by SGC as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
