8x10" glossy w/great portrait image of Paige in Cleveland Indians uniform and this original photo dates to his years with the team, 1948-49 (also see photo item #1110). Inked inscription/signature appears on white portion of his jersey so it is bold and distinct. Inscription includes "Cleveland Indians Base Ball Club." The word "From" is in lighter ink but as noted on the JSA LOA, it is in his hand as well. Photo has all over handling wear/creases but much is just visible in reflected light.
