Item Description
From the same set as #973. This card is from the Almendares Scorpions subset. Text variant reading "C. Royer P. Bebe" as opposed to the version that reads "Carlos Royer Pr." We offered the other version last auction. Tiny tear to left of the image but image itself is bold. Carlos "Bebe" Royer was one of ten players inducted into the Cuban Baseball HOF in its 1939 inaugural class. Designated by SGC as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
