Lot of three glossy photos each about 8x10". Each reverse has information either written, ink stamp and/or text strip noting date, photographer, publication notation and/or image description. First is from 1951 and a shot of him in casual attire and seated in a chair. Second is 1952 showing him using a movie camera (a hobby of his as referenced on back text)and wearing his Cuban League team uniform for the Mariano Tigers. Third is 1953, also for the Tigers and shows him at the outfield wall of the Scorpions stadium contemplating this distance of a home run. Minnie had a long association with the Tigers, playing for the team from 1945 to 1961 and twice winning the MVP award for the Cuban League as a member of the team. Scattered margin wear, more so on the first two, including some traces of emulsion loss to margins w/.5" black ink touch-up on bottom of 1951 photo. All remain glossy and w/sharp images. VG to Fine.
