Tiny 2-7/8" tall (4-5/8" tall to top of wire bail handle w/wooden grip) tin litho sand pail. "Charms Co. - Bloomfield, NJ - Min. Net. Wgt. 2 Ozs." text at bottom. 1930s. Sold w/lollipops as pail is decorated w/Hansel and Gretel scene, the Witch's house having Charms lollipops in yard. Underside has built-in lobster sand mold. Pail has rim wear w/bare metal showing and some wear to interior w/some oxidation to inside bottom. Exterior of pail has some lt. aging and areas where handle attaches has 3/8" circle of bare metal.
