Highlight is signature of baseball great and HOF member Ty Cobb, who has signed along right, just above center. Other HOF members who have signed include - Jimmie Foxx, Chuck Klein, Tris Speaker, Mickey Cochrane, Dave Bancroft, Frank "Home Run" Baker, "Lefty" Grove, "Chief" Bender and legendary player/manager Connie Mack. NFL HOF members who have signed include - "Red" Grange and Bert Bell. Boxing HOF member Joe Louis has signed as has Olympic Gold Medalists Jesse Owens (Track & Field) and John Kelly (Rowing). Nat Fleischer, the noted boxing writer (who started "The Ring" boxing magazine in 1922) has also signed at bottom center. Other baseball signatures include - Mickey Vernon, Al Rosen and Steve O'Neill. NFL and CFL coach Jim Trimble has also signed. Basketball and Olympic Track & Field star Walt Davis has also signed as has Billiards star Willie Hoppe and three other unidentified persons. Program cover shows moderate handling wear w/vertical and corner creases, corner tip wear and 1" tear across spine. Back cover features photo/caricature portraits of notable sports personalities, all of whom (aside from Al Simmons and Larry Lajoie) have signed this program.
