Item Description
3.25x5.5" generic postcard has inked name/address (which has some bleeding from moisture affecting only that side) and blank opposite has been signed in blue ink by Baseball HOF member Bob Feller (1918-2010), who played 18 seasons in MLB for the Cleveland Indians. Feller pitched from 1936 to 1941 and from 1945 to 1956, interrupted by military service during World War II. He was elected to the National Baseball HOF in 1962. Postcard has Aug. 13, 1947 Chicago, IL postmark. Card has lt., even aging and scattered corner wear. Fine overall. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA and JSA COA.
