1.25". Reverse has stamped union bug and curl reads "Philadelphia Chewing Gum Corp. Havertown Pa." This button as well as the previous and next Dodgers buttons are the only three examples we have seen or offered in our 54 years. A very rare gum issued series. Carl Furillo was a star outfielder for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers throughout the 1940s and 1950s. Best known for his strong throwing arm and defensive prowess, Furillo also finished with a career batting average of .299 along with 192 homers and 1,058 RBI's. Glossy, Exc.
