Item Description
6x13.75x2.75" deep cardboard box contains original 12" long hard plastic space rifle and 13.5" wide tin litho base w/futuristic design including "Official Rex Mars Planet Patrol" name lower right and five different design/color hard plastic targets of space aliens/robots; each approx. 3.5" tall. When hit w/six wooden bullets issued w/set (not included, but replacements are readily available online), targets spin on wire rod. Marx, 1950s. Box is complete but shows wear w/tape staining to ends and some moderate creasing to side panels. Fine overall. Rifle has small melt mark on stock but is o/w Exc. Target section shows lt. wear at left but is o/w Exc. Scarce as boxed.
