Item Description
Custom 12x16" matted display w/engraved "The Teenagers" nameplate contains vintage magazine page that has been double-matted to 8x9.75". Magazine page shows all five members of doo-wop/R&B/rock and roll group The Teenagers and has been signed by all five - Frankie Lymon (1942-1968), Herman Santiago, Jimmy Merchant, Sherman Games (1940-1977) and Joe Negroni (1940-1978) - in black ink. Page has even moderate aging, but signatures remain legible. Fine/VF overall and ready for framing. Items signed by all five members of the band (inducted into the Rock and Roll HOF in 1993) are very rare due to Lymon's tragic early death at age 25 from a heroin overdose. Comes w/Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
