c. 1950s. 9x12.5” sheet has 8x9” lead pencil image area w/some lt. blue pencil under drawing. Crusader and Rags are full figure in space suits w/Rags holding walkie-talkie. Art is nicely inscribed in lead pencil at bottom “ To Janet- The Best To You From ‘Crusader’ And ‘Rags’ Bob Mills, Artist”. Lt. handling creases, minor edge wear. Image area Exc. Created by Alex Anderson and Jay Ward, the animated TV show was syndicated from 1949 to 1959. Bob Mills was an animator on the series along w/Grim Natwick, Alex Ignatiev, and others. Great space theme image.
